Rights
I:
Have the right to decline a commission if I'm uncomfortable or unwilling to draw.
Can freely post my art or achieve the art in my portfolio (UNLESS specified not to by the client)You:
Can give as much detail about how you'd like it to look, I encourage it :D!
Can use it digitally (as an icon/sprite) as long as its for personal use.
Will be notified if anything is slowing down the process.
Process
1. When contacted, we will discuss the commision + pricing.
2. I will send a PayPal invoice (half the payment) that needs to be filled out before I start drawing.
3. I will show you the sketch & you can tell me any changes you'd like. Once I get your approval, I'll start fully working on it.
4. Depending on the commision & the circumstances, I'll be done between a day and a week (you are free to ask to see the progess at any point!).
5. Once I finish the art (with a watermark so you can't take it) I'll show you it and you can ask for 3 minor adjustments if needed.
6. I'll send another PayPal invoice (second half) and once that's paid, I'll send the art (without a watermark).
Commercial Use
In the situation of which I'm being commissioned to draw something that will be sold in one way or another, that shall be disclosed. This could be through merchandising, as a sprite or visual in a monetized video game, etc. In such case, you will need to pay a fee in order to obtain full rights to the artwork, that fee can be 2-3x the base price.
